ABOUT

A PROJECT REFINED OVER 15 YEARS
« ID2T » (Idée de Thé, Infusion & Dégustation en Deux Temps) is more than a name. It is a vision born over fifteen years ago, back when I was already advising tea rooms in the making.
When I found this space — bright, well situated — I knew it was time to make that dream tangible: a tea room both physical and virtual, anchored in Nogent-sur-Vernisson, yet connected to everyone. This project grew out of an unexpected opportunity, a fortunate alignment of desire, place, and moment.
A PHYSICAL SALON AND AN ONLINE COMMUNITY
ID2T is a meeting place for tea lovers. It is also a presence online — a continuous thread of shared discoveries, photographs, tastings, recipes, and true stories.
A TEA ROOM BORN OF PASSION
Discover the story of a place unlike any other. Born from a path running through gastronomy, passion and craftsmanship, the ID2T tea room is the realisation of a dream: to share, to advise, and to bring tea lovers together around exceptional products.
A PROJECT OF HEART AND EXPERIENCE
This tea room is a refuge of warmth and quality. A place to savour a well-brewed cru, a homemade pastry, a precious pause.
I INVITE YOU TO SLOW DOWN, TO SETTLE IN, TO TASTE…

A PATH ENRICHED BY EXPERIENCE
Trained in hospitality and catering at CFA Médéric, I worked several years in professional kitchens, rising to sous-chef. But my passion for fine products eventually led me elsewhere.
During the holiday season, I became an advisor at Mariage Frères. It was a revelation. Guiding customers through their discoveries, speaking of rare teas, distant terroirs and subtle pairings — all of it captivated me.
I continued my studies at CFA Ferrandi, specialising in fine food retail. Little by little, I mastered the rituals of tasting, food and tea pairings, and the hundreds of varieties that make this drink endlessly fascinating.

FROM PRESTIGIOUS HOUSES TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP
I worked at Mariage Frères (where I completed a work-study qualification in commerce), then Betjeman & Barton, before being made responsible for opening the first Dammann Frères store at Place des Vosges in Paris.
Tea selection, catalogue design, team training, brand representation… That mission consolidated my expertise. Tea is an art. And I had found my way.
Then, a change of scenery: I created an artisan workshop around Fire performance, another passion. But the call of tea never faded.
